Respect. (11.22)

I don't have enough time to go into the depth that I would like to with this topic. It is something that everyone deserves, and everyone deserves to give. Respecting someone, although not the easiest or the most comfortable, in the long run is what needs to be done. When someone asks for space, although not the easiest, we must RESPECT them and take a step back. This will benefit you in the long run, I promise.

Not all people will give you the respect you deserve right away. Some people want to earn the respect they are willing to give you. If you want to be a respectable individual, do the things to make you that way. Sitting back, running your mouth, is not the way to get peoples respect. Respects runs for much longer than anything else you can give someone, and could possibly change your life.

When people have respect for me, it has a greater impact than almost anything else someone can say. When someone can understand how you feel, and respect your opinion and your side of a situation, it makes me thinks much more of them. It makes me respect them. I try my hardest to respect people older than me. Although age does not mark wisdom, sometimes looking in the footsteps of others can teach you something. That is why people older than you deserve respect, no matter what.

I also respect people who keep there chin up, and try to be nice. It is one of the things i look for most. Some of my friends, i can respect more than others, for the way they treat me, but more for how they treat others. It makes me look twice, seeing people be nice to each other.

The respect you gives me, makes my heart warm and fuzzy. <3

Oh (sock it to me, sock it to me,
sock it to me, sock it to me)
A little respect (sock it to me, sock it to me,
sock it to me, sock it to me)
Whoa, babe (just a little bit)
A little respect (just a little bit)
I get tired (just a little bit)
Keep on tryin' (just a little bit)
You're runnin' out of foolin' (just a little bit)
And I ain't lyin' (just a little bit)
(re, re, re, re) 'spect
When you come home (re, re, re ,re)
Or you might walk in (respect, just a little bit)
And find out I'm gone (just a little bit)
I got to have (just a little bit)
A little respect (just a little bit)
